The Client Brief
Three generations under one roof, without anyone feeling like a guest. The owners needed genuine independence for each household alongside spaces where everyone comes together.
Our Solution
The plan layers privacy and connection – separate zones with their own amenity, opening onto shared living and outdoor space. Accessibility is designed in rather than added, so the home works now and keeps working as needs change, and Hamptons Coastal detailing holds it together as one house rather than two.
