About · Since 2010
The experiences that have shaped us, the choices we make when nobody is watching, and the responsibility we share for the name on every site.
Our story
Nick and Carly O’Shea founded O’Shea & Sons Builders in 2010, building on a tradition of workmanship, integrity and care. Those foundations still matter as we grow.
Those values carry real weight here. People matter beyond the job they perform. Everyone deserves to return home safely.
Today we are a proudly multi-generational family business, joined by a dedicated team of skilled professionals, many of whom have been with us for years. Together we uphold the values that have shaped us from the start. Though the business has grown and our projects have evolved, our commitment remains the same: building trusted relationships, delivering exceptional results, and creating homes people are proud to call their own.
How we work
People over volume. Longevity over trends. Integrity over shortcuts.
Why we build
Every project begins with a deep understanding of how you want to live. We believe a thoughtfully designed home elevates everyday moments – the morning routine, the long dinner, the quiet corner – and continues to enrich the lives of those who live there for generations. That belief guides every decision we make on site.

The next chapter
We’re moving into our next chapter: building on our strength in award-winning homes while expanding across residential development and commercial construction. We’re more than the build – our values and commitment shape every project, every partnership, and every outcome.
The projects may become larger and the opportunities more complex. But our foundations remain the same. Family, craftsmanship, safety, honest communication and doing the right thing must stay visible in every part of the business.
Whether you arrive with detailed drawings or only your vision for how you want to use the space, every idea is a perfect place to start.
