The Client Brief
The owners wanted a home that would still work for them in thirty years – accessible from the outset rather than adapted later. It had to do that without looking like a compromise or announcing itself.
Our Solution
Life Ready principles are built into the fabric rather than bolted on: level thresholds, generous circulation, and rooms that can change use as needs change. Home automation handles the day to day, and materials were chosen for durability and low maintenance. The Hamptons Coastal language keeps it warm rather than clinical.
Behind the Build
Working alongside Weave Architecture and Design for Living, O’Shea & Sons crafted a home that seamlessly balances luxury and functionality. Long-term collaborators brought custom joinery solutions to life, while sustainable materials ensured durability and minimal maintenance.
